Description: Moracin M is a phosphodiesterase-4 inhibitor isolated from Morus alba. Moracin M has anti-inflammatory activity. Moracin M inhibits lipopolysaccharide-induced inflammatory responses in nucleus pulposus cells via regulating PI3K/Akt/mTOR phosphorylation. Moracin M inhibits airway inflammation by interrupting the JNK/c-Jun and NF-κB pathways in vitro and in vivo.
