Description: MC-VC-PAB-MMAF, also known as MC-Val-Cit-PAB-MMAF and Vc-MMAF, is a MMAF (Monomethylauristatin F) derivative with a reactive linker have a maleimido functional group in the end. MC-VC-PAB-MMAF is a useful compound to make MMAF antibody drug conjugates for cancer treatment. MMAF is a potent tubulin polymerization inhibitor with antitumor activity.
