Description: SUN24595, also known as NF-κΒ activator 1, is a potent NF-κΒ activator with an EC50 of 0.9 μM. SUN24595 induces superoxide dismutase (SOD)2 mRNA expression. SUN24595 was first reported in European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry (2021), 210, 112952. This product has no formal name at the moment.
