More Info: The SPDP crosslinking reagent crosslinks protein or peptides via reactive moites consisting of an N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester that reacts with primary amines, as found in lysine side chains or the N-terminus of proteins and peptides; on the other end of the SPDP crosslinking molecule pyridinyldisulfide reacts with sulhydryls to yield a reversible disulfide bond which can be reduced with TCEP-HCl or DTT.

Biological target: SPDP crosslinker is useful in making antibody drug conjugates (ADCs).
