Description: Wedelolactone, also known as IKK Inhibitor II, is a coumarin ether with significant hepatoprotective effects. Wedelolactone Attenuates Pulmonary Fibrosis Partly Through Activating AMPK and Regulating Raf-MAPKs Signaling Pathway. Wedelolactone suppresses cell proliferation and migration through AKT and AMPK signaling in melanoma. Wedelolactone Enhances Odontoblast Differentiation by Promoting Wnt/β-Catenin Signaling Pathway and Suppressing NF-κB Signaling Pathway.
