Description: T2AA is a proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) inhibitor that inhibits PCNA/PIP-box peptide interaction and causes DNA replication stress by stalling DNA replication forks. It inhibits PCNA interaction with DNA polymerase δ and arrests cell growth in S-phase. It also suppresses cancer cell growth.
