Hodoodo CAT#: H463676

CAS#: 149007-54-5 (hydrochloride)

Description: WAY-100135 hydrochloride is an antagonist of the serotonin (5-HT) receptor subtype 5-HT1A. It is selective for 5-HT1A over 5-HT1B, 5-HT1C, and 5-HT2 receptors, as well as dopamine D1 and D2, and α1-, α2-, and β-adrenergic receptors. WAY-100135 hydrochloride increases the number of entries into and percentage of time spent in the open arms of the elevated plus maze in mice, indicating anxiolytic-like activity.
