Customer may register a account, then add the product into the shopping cart and check out by credit card or purchase order (PO). Order by PO from a new customer may be hold for credit check. We accept orders offline by credit card or purchase order. Purchase order must include below information
1. Name and address for billing and shipping (P O Box is not acceptable) in English.
2. Shipping address should not be more than 4 lines.
3. Product you want to order: Hodoodo Catalogue number, product name, packsize (mg or gram) and quantity (number of vials)
4. Credit card information: Name on the card, Card number, expiration date, CVV#.
5. Purchase order must have a PO number.

Our products may be ordered through a third party at customer's choice. In this case, it would be slower and you may need pay additional handle fee to the third party.
1. All orders will be shipped from Morrisville, North Carolina, USA
2. The cut-off time for "same day" shipping orders is 4:00 pm EST.
3. Orders received before 4:00 pm EST can be processed and shipped in the same day.
4. Orders received after 4:00 pm EST will be processed in the next business day.
5. Shipping for order with multiple products:
a. Unless it is clearly requested to ship all items in one package, "same-day" items will be shipped ASAP.
b. Remained items will be shipped ASAP when it is available in our USA warehouse.
c. Only one time shipping fee will be charged even if the order is shipped in several times.
6. All orders will be shipped through FedEx standard express shipping.

b. The shipping charge with DHL will be the same as FedEx.

7. If your FedEx/DHL account is used for shipping, no shipping fee will be charged. However, we will charge the handling fee $15.00
Low temperature shipping charge
1. Ice-pack shipping add $20.00 for each shipping inside USA
2. Ice-pack shipping add $70.00 for each shipping for all other countries
3. Dry ice shipping add $30.00 for each shipping in USA.
4. Dry ice shipping add $70.00 for each shipping for all other countries.
Shipping cost will be prepaid by Hodoodo, and added to the invoice. If using your FedEx account, we will not charge shipping cost.
After the package is scheduled to ship, we will inform client the tracking number through email. Most orders will be shipped out within a few hours after the official purchase order is received. If there is a delay for shipping, we will inform the client to confirm the shipping date. The estimated delivery times are usually 1-2 business days for domestic shipping (inside USA) and 3-5 days for international shipping. Hodoodo cannot guarantee the time of delivery outside the US due to differences in carrier services and possible customs clearance delay.
