Anti-AD agent C10

WARNING: This product is for research use only, not for human or veterinary use.

Hodoodo CAT#: H130139

CAS#: N/A

Description: Anti-AD agent C10 is a dual AChE and MAO-B inhibitor (AChE: IC50 = 0.58 ± 0.05 μM; MAO-B: IC50 = 0.41 ± 0.04 μM) for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. The compound C10 displayed binding capabilities at both the catalytic anionic site and peripheral anionic site of AChE, along with increased protection against mitochondrial dysfunction, and reduced amyloid aggregation due to AChE, suggesting that it demonstrates significant potential as a treatment for Alzheimer's disease.
