Description: V2043, also known as ODBG-P-RVn, is a GS-441524 derivative, and an antiviral agent as a potential oral treatment for SARS-CoV-2. V2043 showed that it inhibits SARS-CoV-2 replication in Huh7.5 cells (EC50 = 138 nM) and is orally bioavailable in Syrian hamsters
