Tretoquinol

WARNING: This product is for research use only, not for human or veterinary use.

Hodoodo CAT#: H328209

CAS#: 30418-38-3 (free base)

Description: Tretoquinol, also known as AQ-110 and tretoquinol hydrochloride, is a β2-adrenergic receptor agonist used to treat asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Although Tretoquinol possesses a catechol group, it was found not to be a substrate for catechol-O-methyl transferase and this is considered to account for its significantly prolonged action.
