Hodoodo CAT#: H574858
CAS#: 949912-58-7 (free base)
Description: Remodelin is an inhibitor of N-acetyltransferase 10 (NAT10), which acetylates both histones and microtubules. It improves nuclear shape in HGPS (Hutchinson-Gilford progeria syndrome) cells and lamin A/C depleted cells. Remodelin improves nuclear architecture, chromatin organization, and survival of both cells lacking lamin A and cells from patients with progeria.
